Recent exhibition: Impact 2008, an open juried Exhibition at Neilson Park Creative Centre (NPCC) in Mississauga.

• Eileen Menzel's 2 paintings were accepted to this exhibition, one of her paintings "Rural Wall" received 1st place - Award of Excellence. The exhibition was on from July 14th - Aug. 10th.
• Marilena Isacescu Carlea's 2 watercolor paintings were accepted as well. One of her paintings "Quebec Medieval City" received an Honourable Mention.
  
• Camille Muller's 2 paintings were also accepted and one received an Honourable Mention Award. The winning painting was entitled "Deserted Pueblo".
• Doreen Renner has had her work accepted as well.

Marlena Isacescu was accepted with 2 watercolour paintings at the 55th Annual Franklin Carmichael Art Group Juried Show in May 2008, receiving 4 awards - Best in show, Best Watercolour, Honorable Mention and People's Choice.

Marilena became an Elected Member in the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour.

Kari Reynolds was in the exhibition "Small is Beautiful" at Ben Navaee Gallery, 1111 Queen st. E. Toronto July 28-Aug. 8.

Helena Pravda has her painting at Ontario Society of Artists Summer exhibition, running from Aug. 7-31, 2008 at the Pentimento Gallery, Toronto

Carol Pasternak, Denise Inglis, Susan Davidson, Birte Hella and Taru Mansaram are participating in the Square Foot Exhibition at the AWOL Gallery showing at 100A Ossington Ave, north of Queen, from August 16th - September 7th, 2008. Exhibition runs Aug. 16-Sep. 7.
